A public charity founded in 2004, the Corfu Foundation seeks to contribute to the awakening of higher consciousness and reconnection to ancient wisdom. We recognize that our world is experiencing a pivotal moment in the evolution of human consciousness. We are living in what the ancient Greeks referred to as Kairos, a time ‘in between’ when something fundamentally new may be born. At this time, it is both our opportunity and our duty as human beings to redefine our relationship with one another, with nature, and the cosmos.

Our role at the Corfu Foundation is to nurture a deeper understanding of the times in which we live and to support groups and individuals working to address the root causes of current imbalances. Among these are the poverty of many fueled by the greed of a few and a disconnection from the wisdom of nature. Ultimately, we must each recognize our place and responsibility within the larger web of life.

Change, we believe, begins with the individual and attuning to one’s higher purpose. When our thoughts and actions are grounded in universal principles – love, compassion, wisdom, and cooperation – we are best able to influence the collective well-being of the planet and tap into the wellspring of creativity that lies within each of us.

With the expanded awareness of humanity’s potential that is emerging, cooperation must prevail over competition, unity over separateness. As a Foundation, we support innovative ideas that reinforce universal spiritual values and service to the common good.
